TERMS and CONDITION |

1. By settling the down-payment, the client agrees to the company’s terms and conditions.
2. Non-refundable $1250 per person to reserve. Upon acknowledgement of deposit receipt, booking is considered confirmed and final. Cancellation can no longer be processed.
3. The Package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights. *Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
4. Full payment must be settled within 45 days before the departure date. As the deadline for payment is already stated. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice. Deposit will be forfeited.
5. In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
6. Visa is applied 90 days before the departure date. In case denied, 50% of the guaranteed deposit amount can be refunded 30 days before the departure date. Late request for refund leads to forfeited deposit.
7. Passports should be valid for six (6) months before the travel dates.
8. For the pax who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is Non-refundable. |
