INBOUND PASSENGERS

FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Vaccination Card issued by any LGU, DOH-accredited medical institution, private company, and foreign country or any state/province authenticated by DOH-BOQ
  • Government-issued Identification Card
  • S-PASS Travel Pass (Approved or Pending Approval)

NON-VACCINATED AND PARTIALLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

  • Valid negative RT-PCR test result taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior to his/her departure
  • Government-issued Identification Card
  • S-PASS Travel Pass (Approved or Pending Approval)
    • Children four (4) years old and below shall remain exempted from this requirement
