PREPARE FOR YOUR TRIP:
A. PREPARE/PRINT REQUIREMENTS
- TravelOnline Vouchers / Hotel, ticket Voucher etch
- VALID ID – Proof of identification with Philippine residency indicated (Valid government-issued ID i.e. Passport, Drivers License) .
- Vaccination card for fully Vaccinated or Negative RT-PCR Result for unvaccinated
B. FLIGHT CHECK IN : Pls log in on your Airlines website link below atleast 2 days before your scheduled flight to “WEB CHECK IN” . This is very important so you can check if there is any flight changes , delay or flight cancellation. If you have any changes to your flight pls contact us or the transfer companies number located on your transfer vouchers.
We strongly encourage guests to opt for a contactless Airline check-in online where you can also choose seats, meals, or add baggage up to 4 hours before your flight. Pls see Airline links below to web check in. Pls be at the Airport atleast 3-2 hours before your flight to avoid missing your flight because sometimes the lines at check-in counters are very long.

AIRPORT DEPARTURE TERMINAL : Pls input your flight number on this link – https://www.manila-airport.net/ to check your assigned Airport terminal. Pls check this before your flight to avoid delays because the airline keeps changing terminal assignments.
C. AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARRIVAL: If your package Includes Roundtrip transfers, Pls approach ground staff wearing the uniforms below when you arrive in Boracay. Pls show them your transfer voucher. They will assist you all the way to your hotel. They will also pick you up at your hotel on your return flight. The contact number of the transfer company is on your vouchers if you have any questions or concerns regarding your transfers.
Pls prepare payment for Government-mandated fees below to be paid upon arrival in Boracay

D : HOTEL CHECK IN – Pls go to the front desk and present your hotel voucher and valid ID .
E : AVAILING FREEBIES : (If applicable)

- Free Coco Drink at Coco Bar – Pls present the freebie vouchers and ID to the staff.
F : HOTEL CHECK OUT & RETURN AIRPORT TRANSFER : The transfer company will contact you or your hotel front desk on the pick-up time of your return flight. You may also contact the contact numbers of island star on your transfer vouchers for any questions or concerns regarding your transfer.
NOTE : Pls make sure you have already checked out and are ready for pick up at least 5 minutes before the transfer pick-up time. If you miss your pick-up time your transfer will be forfeited and you risk missing your flight.
