STEP 2: RT-PCR TEST – Everyone including those fully vaccinated against Covid 19 is still required to take RT- PCR TEST – required for 2 years old and above. Infants 23 months below are exempted.
UPDATE: The Aklan Boracay governor announced on Oct 22, 2021 that he will be issuing an executive order either by the end of this month or next month scrapping the RTPCR test requirement for fully vaccinated. Note: clients traveling within this month of October 2021 must wait for the executive order 1st. Once the executive order is issued those who are fully vaccinated will no longer be required to take RT PCR test and must submit VaxCertPH COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph or LGU Vaccination Card instead of Negative RTPCR Result.
WHEN TO TAKE YOUR TEST:72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE FLIGHT
RT-PCR test must be taken 72 Hour before your flight. Result of test are sometimes delayed or sometimes clients are being asked to do a re-test , so it is advisable to schedule your test appointment exactly 72 hours before your flight to avoid missing your flight (non-refundable). We have clients who took their test 48 hours before their trip and ended up missing their flight due to delay of test result. Pls see examples below on when to take your test.

STEP 5: OHDC Code (QR Code from Aklan LGU) This is the last step once you have complied with all requirements above, Pls Email all below requirements to email@example.com atleast 12 hours before your flight.
Hotel Voucher , Flight eticket, Negative RT-PCR Result, Spass QR Code (Pending status is Okay), Proof of identification with Philippine residency indicated (Valid government-issued ID i.e. Passport, Drivers License)

STEP 6. Prepare for your trip
FLIGHT CHECK IN : Pls log in on your Airlines website link below atleast 2 days before your scheduled flight to “WEB CHECK IN” . This is very important so you can check if there is any flight changes or flight cancellation.
We strongly encourage guests to opt for a contactless Airline check-in online where you can also choose seats, meals, or add baggage up to 4 hours before your flight. Pls see Airline links below to web check in. Pls be at the Airport atleast 3-2 hours before your flight to avoid missing your flight because sometimes the lines at check-in counters are very long.
